Our Hard Working Animals

Our cows are all milked on-site daily to provide the freshest milk for our cheese. Brown Swiss, Holstein and Dutch Belted cow round out the team.

We will be producing Garrotxa and Gouda with our goat milk in April.

Our flock of milk sheep will be in milk in April. This will produce cheese available in July!
